Build Initial Proficiency
JCAT is your most effective and efficient means to train managers. Managers can go through four hours of interactive, self-paced training. It’s broken into sixteen 10-15 minute modules, with testing at the end of each module. Then, at the end of the course, there’s a 25 question proficiency evaluation. Combine this with 1-2 hour scenario practice sessions, and you’ve trained your managers without them taking a day off work. It’s our premiere Just Culture model, algorithm, and training, packaged in our most cost-effective platform. For new managers, it’s the best way to teach Just Culture.
Sustain Competency Over Time
